SHIPPING<\/font><\/font><\/b><\/h3>\n

The PROVIDER will not send any order or activate any service until it has verified that the payment has been made.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Merchandise shipments will usually be made by CORREOS EXPRESS, SEUR and INTEGRA2 for Spain and for European shipments DHL and UPS according to the destination freely designated by the USER.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Failure to perform the distance contract:<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/h4>\n

The delivery dates or deadlines shall be understood as approximate, the delay not constituting an essential non-compliance. <\/font>In the event that the PROVIDER has not made the delivery of the merchandise, after 30 days from the agreed delivery date, due to lack of availability of the product or service, the USER must be informed and will be entitled to cancel the order and receive the return. of the total amount paid at no cost, and without incurring any liability for damages attributable to the PROVIDER.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The delivery time is usually between 2 and 5 working days, depending on the destination population and the chosen form of payment. <\/font>Orders placed from Thursday afternoon will not reach their destination until at least the following Tuesday, due to the additional cost of weekend shipments. <\/font>This term is understood as long as the availability of the merchandise has been confirmed and the full payment of the order has been verified.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The PROVIDER will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product or service does not take place, because the data provided by the USER is false, inaccurate or incomplete.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The delivery will be considered made when the carrier has made the products available to the USER and the USER, or his \/ her delegate, has signed the delivery receipt document.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

It is the responsibility of the USER to verify the products upon receipt and expose all the exceptions and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

RETURNS<\/font><\/font><\/strong> :<\/font><\/font><\/h3>\n

The USER has the same rights and deadlines to proceed to make the return and \/ or claim the possible vices or defects that the product or service presents, both online and offline.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The USER has a period of fourteen calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, to return it (article 71 of Law 3\/2014, of March 27). <\/font>Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, the shipping costs will be assumed by the USER. <\/font>The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition and, if a service is provided, from the same day of activation and \/ or download.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal may not be applied in the following cases<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    \n
  1.  If the product is not presented in perfect condition.<\/font><\/font><\/li>\n
  2.  If the product packaging is not the original or it is not in perfect condition. <\/font>The original packaging must protect the product so that it is received in perfect condition, the use of seals and adhesive tapes applied directly on it is prohibited.<\/font><\/font><\/li>\n
  3. When the product is open without being able to show that it has not been used.<\/font><\/font><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    All returns must be communicated to the PROVIDER, requesting a return number by email to <\/font><\/font>info@farrevidal.com<\/font><\/font><\/a> , indicating the corresponding invoice or order number.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    Once the USER has received the return number, he will send the product to the PROVIDER, indicating this number in the shipping letter, with the transport costs at his expense, at the address of C \/ Joc de la Bola 23, Ent 1\u00aa 25003 (Lleida).<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    Any claim that the USER considers appropriate will be addressed as soon as possible.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

     Online Dispute Resolution ( <\/font><\/font><\/strong>Online Dispute Resolution<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/em> )<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/h4>\n

    In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524\/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online conflicts between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts of justice, through the intervention of a third, called the dispute resolution body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. <\/font>This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, finally being able to suggest and \/ or impose a solution to the conflict.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

     COMPETENCE<\/font><\/font><\/h4>\n

    The USER may not assign, transfer or transmit the rights, responsibilities and obligations contracted in the sale.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    If any stipulation of these conditions is considered null or impossible to fulfill, the validity, legality and fulfillment of the rest will not be affected in any way, nor will they be modified in any way.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    The USER declares to have read, know and accept these Conditions in their entirety.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

     <\/strong><\/p>\n

    PRICE AND TERM OF VALIDITY OF THE OFFER<\/font><\/font><\/h4>\n

    The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable. <\/font>These prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance or any other additional services and attachments to the product or service purchased.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    The prices applicable to each product are those published on the website and will be expressed in the EURO currency. <\/font>The USER assumes that the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    Before making the purchase you can check all the details of the budget online: items, quantities, price, availability, transport costs, charges, discounts, taxes and the total of the purchase. <\/font>Prices may change daily as long as the order is not placed.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    Once the order is placed, the prices will be maintained whether there is product availability or not.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    Any payment made to the PROVIDER entails the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered USER or of the business name that he has informed at the time of placing the order. <\/font>This invoice will be sent together with the purchased product, as well as in PDF to the email address provided by the USER.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES<\/font><\/font><\/h4>\n

    Prices do not include costs for shipping or communication, installation or download, or additional services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    The shipping costs will be calculated when saving the basket or the budget, since they are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery address.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    The website uses information security techniques generally accepted by the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, to prevent unauthorized access to data. <\/font>To achieve these objectives, the user \/ client accepts that the provider obtain data for the authentication of the corresponding access control.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    The SUPPLIER undertakes not to allow any transaction that is or is considered illegal by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, which may or has the potential to damage the goodwill of the latter or influence them in any way. <\/font>negative.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    The following activities are prohibited in the branded card programs: selling or offering a product or service that does not comply with all laws applicable to the buyer, the issuing bank, the merchant or the holder of the card (s).<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    The shipping price in Spain will be \u20ac 9.00 and in France \u20ac 13.35<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    The following activities are prohibited under the programs of the card brands: the sale or offer of a product or service that does not comply with all the laws applicable to the Purchaser, Issuing Bank, Merchant or Holder of the card or cards.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    PURCHASING PROCESS<\/font><\/font><\/h4>\n

    Basket (budget simulation)<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Any product from our catalog can be added to the basket. <\/font>In this, only the articles, the quantity, the price and the total amount will be observed. <\/font>Once the basket is saved, the taxes, charges and discounts will be calculated according to the payment and shipping information entered.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    Once the order is processed, the system instantly sends an email to the PROVIDER’s management department and another to the USER’s email confirming the order has been placed.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    Orders (purchase requests)<\/font><\/font><\/h4>\n

    In a maximum of 24 hours, on working days, an email will be sent to the USER confirming the status of the order and the approximate shipping and \/ or delivery date.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

     GUARANTEES AND RETURNS<\/font><\/font><\/h4>\n

    The guarantee of the products offered will respond to the following articles based on Law 23\/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees for the sale of consumer goods:<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    I) Conformity of the products with the contract<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products are in accordance with the contract provided that they meet all the requirements expressed below, unless due to the circumstances of the case, any of them is not applicable:<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    a) They conform to the description and qualities manifested by the PROVIDER<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    b) Are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    c) They are suitable for any special use required by the customer when they have made it known to the PROVIDER at the time of the conclusion of the contract, provided that the latter has admitted that the product is suitable for this use.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    d) Present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the client can reasonably expect, taking into account its nature and, where appropriate, the descriptions of the specific characteristics of the products made by the PROVIDER.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

     <\/strong><\/p>\n

    APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n

    These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly established. <\/font>The PROVIDER and the USER agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the USER’s domicile any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services that are the subject of these Conditions.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

    In the event that the USER is domiciled outside of Spain, the PROVIDER and the USER expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of LLEIDA (Spain).<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
